Since 1951, the Stratham Volunteer Fire Department has maintained a tradition of service to Stratham and the Seacoast.

We take the upmost pride in our reputation as a fully qualified organization that stands ready to serve citizens and visitors in our community at a moment’s notice, at any hour of the day or night, in even the most extreme weather.

Who We Are

The Stratham Volunteer Fire Department provides fire, rescue, and emergency medical services to the community through teamwork and diligent preparation. We currently operate two rescue engines, a forestry truck, a tanker, a command vehicle, a utility vehicle, and two ambulances.

We are also active in our community with the annual Stratham Summer Fest, First Responder Fall Classic, Memorial Day & Veterans Day ceremonies, pancake breakfasts, and other community events.
